Situated in front of the sandy beach of Rethymnon, Swell Boutique Hotel is designed and decorated in a modern, clean and minimal style. All rooms are air-conditioned with either front or side sea views. Wi-fi, hypo-allergic linen, mattresses and pillows of varying hardness are standard. The proximity to the sandy beach, the short distance to the centre of the city including the historical Venetian Quarter together with ‘Fat Snail’- our restaurant, are the main advantages which make our hotel a favourite and popular choice with visitors.

Our carbon footprint has been kept to a minimum by careful use of thermal pumps, solar panels and the most energy-efficient electrical appliances. VRV multi-split cooling systems, led lighting and motion detectors are also employed.

Our hotel offers 27 rooms and suites, a gym, a small heated pool and a bar. In our restaurant ‘Fat Snail’, fresh, local Cretan produce is used from our own farms thus promoting the famous Cretan diet and cuisine.
