SifNÓS stands out amongst the Cycladic islands in numerous aspects, from the sheer number of chapels peppering the rugged hills, fertile valleys and rocky promontories, to its pottery and culinary traditions, to its colloquialisms. Taking inspiration from the latter, and specifically the way people’s names are whimsically cut in half in everyday conversations, our new hospitality project is named NÓS , a shortened version of the island’s name (Sif-NÓS ). More than a playful abbreviation, NÓS also carries a deep spirit of its own as it represents the Latin pronoun for “we”, “our” or “us” and therefore concisely conveys the sense of belonging at the heart of the hotel’s guest experience. Welcome to NÓS hotel & villas, a tranquil hideaway of understated sophistication inspired by SifNÓS ’s timeless authenticity.

Designed with intimacy, tranquillity and elegance in mind, NÓS is a peaceful hideaway imbued with the island’s vernacular gracefulness and handcrafted finesse where guests can enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings in the utmost comfort. Bright and spacious interiors open up to secluded courtyards, terraces and balconies for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Natural materials, earthy textures and hand-crafted details comprise a pared-toned aesthetic of refined simplicity complemented by modern amenities for a laid-back, soothing ambience that makes you instantly feel at home.

NÓS SUITE

Accessed through a courtyard, the suite is designed as a Cycladic sanctuary with privacy, tranquillity and discrete luxury in mind. A soothing palette of beige, sand and cream tones is complemented by natural textures like stone and wood, while soft fabrics, handcrafted ceramics and works of art interweaved with contemporary touches creating a calming, laid-back environment of understated sophistication. A bright and airy open-plan living area is designed for lounging, dining and sleeping, while the cavernous bathroom with walk-in shower is a place of intimacy, relaxation and rejuvenation. A terrace with sweeping views over the Aegean Sea is an ideal spot for al fresco dining, while the secluded courtyard provides the ultimate hideaway where you can unwind during the day in the comfort of your private plunge pool, sun beds and outdoor lounge, as the bamboo-lined pergola softly filters the Aegean sunlight.

FAROS THE SUPERIOR

Awash in soothing colours, natural materials and Mediterranean light, Faros is a contemporary hideaway combining discrete luxury and Cycladic authenticity. Warm shades of beige, sand and cream imbue the interiors with a calming ambience, while stone and timber finishes, soft fabrics and handcrafted ceramics channel the island’s vernacular beauty. A bright and airy open-plan living and sleeping area is complemented by a cavernous bathroom where intimacy meets relaxation and rejuvenation. Featuring verandas with sea and garden views, offering plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the Aegean breeze, indulge in al fresco dining, or soak in the Aegean sun in the privacy of your own pool.

NISSOS THE CLASSIC

Swathed in soft tones and natural textures, Nissos is a heaven of discrete luxury and soothing simplicity. An elegant living area combines Cycladic minimalism with contemporary touches, underpinned by stone, timber and lime plaster surfaces complemented by natural fabrics, handcrafted ceramics and works of art. A spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower for intimacy and relaxation, while a veranda offers plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sea view as you dine or lounge.

10Gr Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar is an adults only, atmospheric, stone built, luxury boutique hotel in the center of the Medieval City of Rhodes which is protected by UNESCO as a monument of world heritage.

Operating all year round, 10Gr Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar invites you to authentic experiences of Greek hospitality, wine tasting, excellent cuisine, relaxation and pleasure. The hotel is within walking distance from the Medieval Clock Tower, the famous Street of the Knights and the Grand Master’s Palace. 10gr is focusing between the historical Greek culture and the modern Greek culture (1821-2021). Distinguished in two sections: The section which includes 10 rooms, are dedicated to ten prominent personalities who emerged Greece. Inside the original medieval shell, the architecture through the light meet those personalities. In the second section, in modern shell are formed 4 suites with as design starting point the 4 ancient cities of the island.

The Wine Bar in THE entrance emphasizes the modern Greek production, the scattered periodical reports of modern Greek visual arts, the emphasis on comfort and the planned detail, flood all the senses with Rhodes and Greece.

Our rooms are dedicated to 10 Greeks that promoted the country through their achievements and made Greece famous abroad. The Katogi Averoff hotel & winery is located in the mountain village of Metsovo in the Epirus region of Northern Greece. It is a pioneer of Greek wine tourism situated in a magical natural landscape. The hotel’s fifteen luxuriously appointed rooms enjoy views of the winery and of Metsovo’s magnificent scenery. The architecture and interior design exudes discreet luxury and a contemporary aesthetic which nonetheless captures many traditional local features.
